These days, with the weather getting cooler and the days getting shorter, it seems as though staying positive is the utimate challenge. Some tend to look at the changing of the season as a doom and gloom senario because of the loss of daylight and the cooling influences.
I have always found that a positive attitude is not always a given. Some days it really has to be worked at. On those days I put the extra effort into looking good. I will put on something special, necklace, a new blouse, anything that will make me feel special. And special doesn’t have to mean expensive.
There are definate advantages of being in a good mood regardless of what the day may bring. Have you ever thought that the smile you gave the delivery guy might just have made the difference in his whole day? Not only is your mood positive but it is contagious.
So get up on those blah mornings, grab a shower and some coffee. Slip on your favourite bracelet and make a real difference today. You could make the difference in someone’s day that will cause a positive chain reaction. Wouldn’t that mean something to you?
